泡沫硬化治疗下肢网状静脉扩张的疗效评估

Clinical efficacy evaluation of foam sclerotherapy for reticular veins in lower limbs

目的探讨泡沫硬化剂治疗单纯下肢网状静脉扩张症的临床疗效及可行性。方法术前经常规检查明确患者无泡沫硬化剂注射禁忌症后,收集了从2015年6月—2016年2月来上海交通大学第九人民医院就诊的单纯下肢网状静脉扩张症的44例(76条下肢)的患者采用局部注射泡沫硬化剂治疗后,通过问卷反馈的形式调查患者对治疗效果满意度等进行评价。结果发现经治疗后均立即显效,且术中无明显疼痛不适,术后1个月后复诊时医疗人员的评价分数在4分以上的患肢占总数的96.1%,平均分数为4.71分;术后患者满意度评分得分均在4分以上,其中得分为5分的占86.8%,得分为4分的占13.2%,最后平均分数为4.86分。术后3个月及6个月后再次返院复诊时,患者的满意度评分均达到5分。结论泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢单纯网状静脉扩张在美容方面和对生活方式(着装、工作、社交和休闲活动)及人际关系方面的改善具有较好的效果,是一种治疗与美容兼备的微创治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy evaluation of foam sclerotherapy for reticular veins in lower limbs and it＇s feasibility study. Methods A consecutive series of 44 patients（ 76 limbs） who came to Shanghai Ninth People＇s Hospital from June,2015 to February 2016,undergoing foam Sclerotherapy for reticular vein in lower limb completed questionnaires one month after treatment,which include the effectivity of foam sclerotherapy,the postoperative complications and the satisfaction of patients ect. Results These patients were found to be effective immediately after treatment,no obvious pain and discomfort happended in the operation. And doctors reexamined after one month,three monthes and six monthes,found there was no recurrence of the dilated reticular veins. At the first subsequence visition,postoperative satisfaction of patients were achieved. Conclusion In the treatment of lower extremity reticular vein dilation foam sclerotherapy met most patients expection about cosmetic improvement（ appearance）,life-style benefits（ clothing,work,social and leisure activities） and relationships benefits and these were largely met. And it is a minimally invasive treatment for both treatment and beauty.
