Research on Investment in Fixed Assets in Northeast China

固定资产投资是经济增长的源动力,在促进经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位。本文在归纳梳理东北三省固定资产投资现状及特点的基础上,针对黑龙江、吉林、辽宁三省固定资产投资面临的投资环境整体落后、民间投资降幅较大、投资效益增长缓慢、投资扩张动力不足问题,提出了东北地区需要大力优化投资营商环境、着力促进民间投资增长、积极扩展投资领域、加强基础设施建设、不断拓宽融资渠道等对策建议,并在综合对比的基础上,做出东北地区2017年全年固定资产投资处于6.5%-7.5%的增长区间的基本判断。

On the basis of summarizing the current situation and characteristics of investment in fixed assets in the three northeastern provinces of China, this paper aims at the overall investment environment of fixed assets investment in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces is lagging behind, the decline in private investment is large, the investment returns slow growth. Put forward Northeast China need to vigorously optimize the business environment for investment, focus on promoting non-government investment growth, actively expand investment areas, strengthen infrastructure construction, continue to broaden financing channels and other countermeasures and suggestions, and on the basis of comprehensive comparison, to make the Northeast region 2017 The annual basic investment in fixed assets 6.5% -7.5% growth in the basic judgments.
