七氟烷与异丙酚分别联合瑞芬太尼对脊椎骨折患者血清炎症因子影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨七氟烷、异丙酚分别联合瑞芬太尼对脊椎骨折患者血清炎症因子的影响.方法:收集2015年6月~2017年7月期间入我院接受治疗的100例脊椎骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表格法将病例平均分为观察组、对照组各50例,观察组患者使用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,对照组使用七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察对比2组患者镇痛效果和血清炎症因子变化情况.结果:2组患者血清炎症因子VCAM-1、ICAM-1、IL-6、E-selectin和P-selectin 5项指标变化均无明显差异(P〉0.05);观察组麻醉方案镇痛效果优于对照组,观察组无痛率48%,明显高于对照组的24%(x2=6.250,p=0.012).结论:七氟烷、异丙酚分别联合瑞芬太尼对脊椎骨折患者血清炎症因子都有一定调节作用,效果差异不显著;而2种麻醉方案虽都有相应止痛效果,但异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉镇痛优势明显,因此麻醉效果相当的情况下,耐受力差、高龄等特殊病例可优先选择异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉.
