摘要
本文介绍了CFD数值模拟在电厂脱硫废水"零排放"技术中的应用。在脱硫废水蒸发设备内引入低温、高温烟气及废水进水口,分别进行无挡板和有挡板时的数值模拟,分析蒸发设备内的脱硫废水液滴在低温和高温烟气作用下的蒸发情况,得到脱硫废水液滴在烟气旋风废水蒸发设备内完全蒸发,并保证脱硫液滴不出现粘壁现象,防止脱硫废水对设备的腐蚀,为今后发电厂脱硫废水达到"零排放"起到了积极的示范。
This paper introduces the application of CFD numerical simulation in the " zero discharge" technology of desulfurization wastewater in power plant. The low temperature,high temperature flue gas and waste water inlet were introduced into the evaporating equipment of desulfurization wastewater,and numerical simulation was carried out with and without baffles,respectively,to analyze the evaporation of desulfurization wastewater droplets in evaporating equipment under the action of low temperature and high temperature flue gas. The droplets of desulphurization wastewater are completely evaporated in the vaporization equipment,and the phenomenon of wall adhesion is ensured to prevent the corrosion of desulphurization wastewater to the equipment. It has played an active demonstration and provided reference data for the future desulfurization wastewater of power plant to achieve " zero discharge".
