介绍了一种基于2SC0635T的大功率IGBT驱动及保护电路的设计以及应用。该驱动电路具有电源欠压保护、关断过电压钳位及短路保护等功能。以功率单元为载体进行了IGBT双管并联和单管的换流试验及短路试验验证,通过相关试验波形和数据证明了该款驱动电路在工程应用中的有效性和可靠性。
The paper `introduces the design and application of the high power IGBT driver based on 2 SC0635 T and protection circuit. The driving circuit has the functions of power supply under-voltage protection, shut off the over voltage clamping and short circuit protection, etc. Making the power unit as the carrier, the converter test and short circuit test are verified for IGBT double tube in parallel and single tube. The effectivenessand reliability in the engineering application of this driving circuit are proved through the relevant test waveform and data.
