The paper expounds the design method of the sofewares and hardwares for TCN gateway for 30 t axle load electric locomotive. The development process of the gateway hardware architecture, gateway system software and application software is described in detail. Also the algorithm of the initial operation and the treatment process of process data marshalling are mainly introduced.
