摘要
根据18 t轴重客运电力机车轴箱体结构特点,在有限元模型搭建过程中考虑了轴箱拉杆橡胶关节刚度对有限元分析结果的影响,通过调整轴箱拉杆橡胶关节刚度参数,更真实地再现了轴箱体实际变形,使分析结果更真实可信。最后通过Goodman疲劳极限图对轴箱体疲劳强度进行了评估。
According to the structural characteristics of the axle box body for 18 t axle load passenger electric locomotive, the influence of the stiffness of rubber joint for axle box linkage on the finite element analysis results in the set-up process of finite element model is considered. The actual deformation of axle box body is more truly reproduced through adjusting the stiffness parameters of rubber joint for axle box linkage. This makes the analysis results more reliable. Finally the fatigue strength of axle box body is estimated through Goodman fatigue limit diagram.
