替吉奥与三维适形放射用于消化道恶性肿瘤临床治疗价值研究

Clinical value of tiggio and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for digestive tract malignant tumors

[目的]探讨替吉奥与三维适形放射用于消化道恶性肿瘤临床治疗价值。[方法]选取2013年12月~2015年12月我院收治的40例消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字奇偶法将其分为2组,对照组20例给予单纯三维适形放射治疗,观察组20例在对照组基础上给予替吉奥口服抗肿瘤治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、局部复发情况及毒副反应发生情况。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率为65.0%,明显高于对照组的45.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、周围神经毒性的发生率分别为15.0%、10.0%和5.0%,均明显低于对照组的30.0%、35.0%和20.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在消化道恶性肿瘤的治疗中,联合替吉奥+三维适形放射治疗能有效提高患者临床疗效,治疗过程中,毒副反应发生率低,患者均可耐受,安全性高,可作为消化道恶性肿瘤一种理想的治疗方法而为临床所广泛应用。

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical value of tiggio and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors of digestive tract.[Methods]Forty patients with malignant tumor of the digestive tract were enrolled in this study from December 2013 to December 2015.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number parity method.Twenty patients in the control group were treated with simple three-dimensional conformal radiation,20 patients in the observation group were treated with Tiggio oral antitumor therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,local recurrence and side effects of the two groups were compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 65.0% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（45.0% ）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidences of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and peripheral neurotoxicity in the observation group were 15.0% ,10.0% and 5.0% ,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group（30.0% ,35.0% and 20.0% ）,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.[Conclusion]In the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract,tiggio combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy could effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and reduce the the incidence of toxic side effects in the treatment process,which might be used as an ideal treatment for digestive tract malignancies and be widely used in clinical therapy.
