中医消法联合高强度超声聚焦治疗子宫肌瘤48例 被引量:4

48 cases of myoma of uterus treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with high intensity focused ultrasound

摘要 目的分析中医消法联合高强度超声聚焦治疗子宫肌瘤48例临床效果。方法我院接受治疗的子宫肌瘤患者48例,随机将患者分成两组,对照组24例,观察组24例。两组患者均采用高强度聚焦超声治疗系统进行治疗,治疗组患者在进行手术前三天开始使用中医消方进行辅助治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者的肿瘤体积都有所减小,观察组优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。对照组患者的治疗总有效率为66.67%,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为91.67%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中医消方联合高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者,可以完全破坏为肿瘤提供营养的血管,阻止肿瘤体的生长,令患者可以避免进行子宫切除手术,缓解患者的临床症状,有利于患者的康复,提升其生活质量。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 48 cases of myoma of uterus treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with high intensity focused ultrasound. Methods 448 cases of myoma of uterus were treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,24 cases in the control group and 24 cases in the observation group. The two groups of patients were treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment system,the treatment group patients began to use Chinese medicine for adjuvant treatment three days before the operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The tumor volume of the observation group and the control group decreased,and the observation group was better than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). The total effective rate of the control group was 66. 67%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 67%,and the observation group was better than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine herbs combined with high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of uterine fibroids,can provide nutrition for the complete destruction of tumor blood vessels,prevent tumor growth,so that patients can avoid hysterectomy,relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the quality of life.
