多层螺旋CT对小儿气管异物的临床诊断价值分析

Clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of tracheal foreign bodies in children

目的探究在小儿气管异物诊断时,使用多层螺旋CT的价值。方法选取我院2013年3月到2017年5月间收治的210例小儿气管异物患者,征得家属同意后将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组各105例;对照组患者使用普通X线检查诊断,观察组患者使用多层螺旋CT诊断,比较两组诊断的结果并探究其价值。结果两组患者均顺利实施检查,观察组患者的检查准确率为96.19%,高于对照组76.19%;即观察组的漏检率低于对照组,两组比较P<0.05则说明有统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT对小儿气管异物的临床诊断价值分析发现,和普通X线检查进行对比,多层螺旋CT能够在仰卧位状态下对患者一次性完成扫描,且多层螺旋CT检查对于患者无侵入性操作,因此痛苦较小,诊断方法简单且可以做出快速分辨,因此值得在小儿气管异物诊断的过程中使用。

Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in pediatric tracheal foreign body diagnosis. Methods A total of 210 patients with tracheal foreign bodies were enrolled in this study from March 2013 to May 2017. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group（ n = 105）. The control group Using the general X-ray examination,the observation group used multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis,compared the results of the two groups of diagnosis and explore its value. Results The accuracy rate of the two groups was 96. 19%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 76. 19%）. The missed rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05） obvious. Conclusion The clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of tracheal foreign body in children is found. Compared with ordinary X-ray examination,multi-slice spiral CT can scan the patients in a supine position,and the multi-slice spiral CT Non-invasive operation,so the pain is small,the diagnosis method is simple and can make a quick resolution,it is worth in the process of diagnosis of tracheal foreign body in children.
