摘要
目的研究饮食管理对于提高肾功能衰竭患者饮食依从性的作用。方法于2015年2月-2017年2月在我院就诊的肾功能衰竭患者选出92例,全部患者均接受血液透析治疗,根据护理方法不同分组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加用护理干预,对比两组患者的饮食依从性等。结果观察组患者的饮食依从性高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者护理3个月时的饮食知识水平比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组护理后肾功能[尿素氰(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、升高血红蛋白(Hb)及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)]各指标水平均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用到肾功能衰竭患者中利于提高患者的饮食知识水平,遵医嘱正确饮食,从而提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of diet management on improving dietary compliance in patients with renal failure. Methods In February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital treatment of renal failure patients selected 92 cases,all patients were treated with hemodialysis,according to different groups of nursing methods,the control group of patients given routine care,observation group of patients On the basis of this plus nursing intervention,compared the two groups of patients with food compliance and so on. Results The dietary compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). The level of diet in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months( P〈0. 05); The renal function( urea cyanide( BUN),serum creatinine( Scr),elevated hemoglobin( Hb) and endogenous creatinine clearance rate( Ccr)) in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the significance was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with renal failure in order to improve the level of knowledge of patients with diet,the doctor should be the correct diet,so as to improve the quality of life.
