中小企业技术创新的激励机制研究

On the Incentive Mechanism of Technological Innovation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

针对中小企业技术创新主体意识、管理机制和激励机制存在的问题,从企业内、外部环境方面进行探讨,给出了相应的决策。认为对中小企业技术创新的激励,要着眼于企业内部管理机制和外部环境激励策略的有效融合。企业内部需建立内部管理激励机制,重视员工培训,注重多种激励因素相结合;外部环境要注重市场激励、政府政策激励和知识产权激励,以弥补目前中小企业技术创新激励机制存在的缺陷,提升中小企业技术创新动力。

Aimed at the problems of subjective consciousness,management mechanism and technological innovation incentive mechanism existent in the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper discusses the internal and external environments and gives the corresponding decision. The paper argues that the incentive of technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises needs effective integration of internal management mechanism and external environment incentive strategy. Enterprises should establish internal management incentive mechanism,pay attention to the staff training and the combination of a variety of incentive factors. At the same time,the external environment should heed market incentives,government policy incentives and intellectual property incentives with a view to compensating for the defects existing in the incentive mechanism of technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting the technological innovation power.
