摘要 远程教育质量保障理论与实践良性互动有助于提升远程教育质量。现代系统论认为,系统无处不在。据此,远程教育质量保障理论与实践形成一个互动系统。其中,远程教育质量保障理论及其主体、远程教育质量保障实践及其主体是系统构成件,教育中介是联系远程教育质量保障理论及实践的连接件。系统各要素充分发展、有机配合,远程教育质量保障理论主体与实践主体达成理解与对话,最终才能促使远程教育质量保障理论与实践双向转化,形成良性互动机制。 Positive interaction between the distance education quality assurance theory and practice helps to improve the quality of distance education. The modern system theory believes that system is everywhere. The distance education quality assurance theory and practice form an interactive system,in which education theory,education practice,education medium,the subject of distance education quality assurance theory and practice are all its essential elements. Based on the development of all the elements,the quality subjects of distance education can have a mutual understanding and dialogue,Only in this way can we achieve the two-way transformation between the distance education quality assurance theory and practice,which must be run in the way of positive development.
