公共关系专题活动的课堂实践教学研究

摘要 随着社会经济模式多元化的发展,用人单位对高校毕业生的实践能力和综合素质要求越来越高,传统的教学模式已难以满足社会对实践能力型人才培养的需要。本文旨在探讨公共关系专题活动的教学方式创新,脱离传统而死板的课堂教学,创设一种新的学习方式,让学生充分参与到课堂教学中,自己策划、组织、分工、协作、总结,使学生充分掌握公共关系专题活动的详细事项,以期在日后的工作中应对自如,真正提升学生的实践能力、团队协作能力和统筹规划能力和随机应变能力。 With the multivariate development of social economic models,employers' demands for college graduates' practical ability and comprehensive quality are getting higher and higher. The traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of social practical talents training. The innovation of this paper aims to explore the topic of public relations activities teaching methods,from the traditional and rigid classroom teaching,creating a new way of learning. Letting the students participate in classroom teaching and making their own planning,organization,division of labor,cooperation,summary,to enable students to fully grasp the details of public relations project activities,which makes it suitable with their future work and ease,improves the students' practical ability,team cooperation ability and planning ability and adaptibility.
