随着科学技术的不断进步,尤其是近几年来计算机行业的跳跃式发展,信息化时代的到来,使人类的生活和工作发生了翻天覆地的变革。但是在计算机网络技术的应用过程中,由于互联网自身的开放性或用户使用不当等因素造成的信息安全泄密及个人利益受损事件屡增不鲜。针对目前我国计算机网络技术应用过程中出现的主要安全隐患,如何制定行之有效的监管措施,营造一个风清气正的网络空间,才能保证互联网更好的造福人类社会。

With the continuous progress of science and technology,especially in recent years,the leap-forward development of the computer industry and the arrival of the information age has transformed the human life and work. However,in the process of computer network technology application,due to the internet 's own openness or improper use of users and other factors,information security leakage and personal interests damaged incidents have increased. In view of the main security risks in the process of computer network technology application in our country,we should formulate effective regulatory measures,and create a positive network space to ensure that the internet better server the people and society.
