摘要
组蛋白去乙酰化酶6(HDAC6)是组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)的亚型之一,能使组蛋白的赖氨酸残基去乙酰化,同时也可作用于在核内、胞质或线粒体内的其他蛋白。最新研究显示HDAC6在阿尔茨海默病中发挥着越来越重要的作用。p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)可被内毒素(LPS)激活,促进炎症因子的释放,导致神经元损伤。本文主要介绍了HDAC6、p38MAPK在神经炎症中的作用。
Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is one of subtype of histone deacetylase (HDAC) , which can deacetylase histones'lysine residues and can also act on other proteins in the nucleus, cytoplasm or mitochondria. New research shows that HDAC6 plays an important role in neurodegenerative disease. P38 mitogen activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) can be activated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), which can promote the production of inflammatory factors and lead to neuronal damage. This article mainly introduces the role of HDAC6 and p38 MAPK in neuroninflammation.
