摘要
目的:探讨用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法 :将2015年7月至2016年7月期间在蒲江县人民医院就诊的70例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者随机分为对照组和观察组(35例/组)。在两组患者住院期间,对对照组患者用复方甲氧那明胶囊进行治疗,对观察组患者用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂进行治疗。在接受为期12周的治疗后,对比两组患者夜间咳嗽及胸闷气短等症状缓解的时间,同时比较接受治疗前后其动脉血气分析结果及咳嗽症状的积分。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者夜间咳嗽及胸闷气短缓解的时间均较短,P<0.05。在接受治疗前,两组患者的PH值、PaO_2、PaCO_2及咳嗽症状积分相比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。在接受为期12周的治疗后,两组患者的PH值及PaO_2均高于接受治疗前,其PaCO_2及咳嗽症状积分均低于接受治疗前,而且观察组患者的PH值及PaO_2均高于对照组患者,其PaCO_2及咳嗽症状积分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论 :用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘可显著缩短患者夜间咳嗽及胸闷气短等临床症状缓解的时间,改善其肺部的通气功能,纠正其酸碱失衡的状态,提升其治疗的效果。
Objective： To observe the effect of application of salmeterol-fluticasone powder in inhalation therapy on cough variant asthma. Methods： Divide 70 cases of cough variant asthma treated in Pujiang County People＇s Hospital during July 2015 to July 2016 to control group and experimental group（35 cases/group）.During the patients hospitalization, treat control group with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules,treat experimental group with salmeterol-fluticasone powder inhalation therapy. After 12 weeks treatment, compare clinical symptoms response duration of 2 groups, then compare the results of arterial blood gas analysis and cough symptom integral before and after treatment. Results： Compare with control group, clinical symptoms response duration of experimental group is shorter than that in control group, P〈0.05. Before treatment, the difference of PH value,PaO2, PaCO2 and cough symptom integral of 2 groups have no statistical significant,P 0.05.After 12 weeks of treatment, PH value and PaO2 of 2 groups are all higher than that before, but PaCO2 and cough symptom integral are all lower than that before, and that PH value and PaO2 of experimental group are higher than that in control group, PaCO2 and cough symptom integral of experimental group are lower than that in control group, P〈0.05.Conclusion：Apply salmeterol-fluticasone powder in inhalation therapy on cough variant asthma will significantly shorten clinical symptoms response duration, and improve pulmonary function of the patients, it will correct acid-base imbalance, enhance effect of treatment.
