用中医辨证疗法治疗偏头痛的效果探讨

目的:探讨用中医辨证疗法治疗偏头痛的效果。方法 :将2016年5月至2017年5月期间四川省万源市中心医院收治的56例偏头痛患者作为研究对象。将这些研究对象分为西医组和中医组,每组各28例患者。为西医组患者采用西医疗法进行治疗。为中医组患者采用中医辨证疗法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、头痛发作的时间及头痛发作的频率。结果 :接受治疗后,中医组患者治疗的总有效率高于西医组患者,其头痛发作的时间短于西医组患者,其头痛发作的频率低于西医组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对偏头痛患者采用中医辨证疗法进行治疗的效果显著,能够有效改善患者头痛的症状。

Objective：To study the effect of treatment based syndrome differentiation for migraine.Methods：Select 56 cases of migraine patients treated in Wanyuan Central Hospital of Sichuan Province during May 2016 to May 2015 for reaserch object.Divided the cases to TCM group and western medicine group,28 cases each group.Treat western group with western medical therapy,treat TCM group with treatment based syndrome differentiation. Then compare clinical effective rate,onset time of headache,and frequency of headache occurrence.Results：After treatment, effective rate in TCM group is higher than that in western medical group,onset time of headache,and frequency of headache occurrence are lower than in western medical group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of treatment based syndrome differentiation for migraine is significant,the treatment will improve headache symptom of the patients.
