摘要 14-3-3σ是14-3-3蛋白家族的重要成员之一,在多种肿瘤中低表达。作为肿瘤抑制蛋白,14-3-3σ的低表达或活性降低可致癌细胞的过度增殖和凋亡不足,进而促进肿瘤的发生发展、侵袭、转移,甚至影响肿瘤的预后和疗效。本文主要综述和总结14-3-3σ与肿瘤临床生物学特性的关系、肿瘤细胞和患者癌组织14-3-3σ蛋白表达异常的原因、14-3-3σ对肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡及其信号转导的影响,旨在揭示14-3-3σ的抑癌作用及细胞和分子机制,为临床肿瘤诊疗提供新的药物靶点和肿瘤标志物。 14-3-3σ is an important member of 14-3-3 protein family. As a tumor suppressor protein, low expression or activity of 14-3-3σ can lead to over-proliferation and insufficient apoptosis of cells, which stimulates initiation, development, invasion, and metastasis of the tumors and can even impact its prognosis and curative effect. This review highlights the relationship between 14-3-3σ and clinicopathologic features of tu- mors, illuminates the reason why the expression or activity of the 14-3-3σ protein is abnormal in cancer cells and patients' tissues, and states the impact of 14-3-3σ on cancer cells'proliferation, apoptosis and signal trans- duction, trying to figure out the inhibition effect on cancer and the cellular and molecular mechanism by 14-3-3σ and provide a new target and biomarker for clinical diagnosis and therapy of tumor.
