融合创新创业能力培养的系列化工程项目教学改革

Teaching reform on serial engineering projects with integration of innovative and entrepreneurial ability training

基于南京工程学院系列化工程项目教学改革的经验,提出了人才培养计划中课程体系的重构;按照工程项目的实施逻辑和工程能力的递进原则,构建了4-2-1工程项目训练体系;以企业工程实践的规范和评价标准为依据,搭建了校内外工程实践训练双平台;针对项目化教学特点,建立了团队化指导和协作式学习的教学管理新机制。

Based on the experience in teaching reform on the serial engineering projects in Nanjing Institute of Technology,the reconstruction of the curriculum system in the talent training plan is put forward.In accordance with the implementation logic of the engineering project and the progressive principle of engineering ability,the training system for the 4-2-1 engineering project is established.On the basis of the standard and evaluation criteria of the enterprise engineering practice,the double platform for engineering practice training inside and outside university is set up,and in view of the characteristics of project-oriented teaching,a new teaching management mechanism for the team-oriented guidance and cooperative learning is established.
