摘要
制备了不同碳平衡程度和ɑ相晶粒度的非均匀结构硬质合金,通过分析相对饱和磁化强度-碳饱和度,以及矫顽磁力与ɑ相晶粒度之间的关系,实现了基于磁学性能指标的硬质合金化学成分与微观组织的无损检测。实验将材料设计、粉末冶金技术和材料表征等方面的知识相贯穿,有利于培养学生创新思维和综合运用知识进行科学研究的能力。
The heterogeneous structure cemented carbide with different carbon balance degrees and differentɑphase grain sizes is prepared for the experiment.Through the analysis of the relative saturation magnetization and carbon saturation,and the analysis of the relationship between the coercive force andɑphase grain size,the nondestructive testing of chemical composition and microstructure of cemented carbide based on magnetic properties is realized.This experiment integrates the knowledge together about material design,powder metallurgy and material characterization,which is helpful to cultivate the students' ability of innovative thinking and their comprehensive use of knowledge for scientific research.
