本科生导师制背景下电气工程专业生产实习方案改革探讨

Discussion on reform of production practice scheme for Electrical Engineering speciality under background of undergraduate tutorial system

生产实习是电气工程专业实践教学环节的重要组成部分,但目前相当多的高校面临着寻找实习企业难、实习效果不理想等问题。针对上述问题,结合中国矿业大学(北京)提出的本科生全程导师制,给出并探讨了本科导师制背景下电气工程专业生产实习内容和实施方式的改革方案。经过一年的实践,表明该方案可以进一步提高生产实习环节的教学质量。

Production practice is an important part of practical teaching for Electrical Engineering speciality.However,many colleges and universities are faced with such problems as difficulty in finding practice enterprises and unsatisfactory practice effect.In view of the above-mentioned problems and in combination with the whole-process undergraduate tutorial system proposed by China University of Mining and Technology,the reform scheme for the content and implementation way of the production practice for the Electrical Engineering speciality under the background of the undergraduate tutorial system is presented and discussed.After one year＇s practice,it shows that the scheme can further improve the teaching quality of production practice.
