摘要
开发了一种用氯离子选择电极安全、快速测定水泥中氯离子含量的实验方法。该实验以水泥中氯离子引起钢筋混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的行业问题为背景,包含电极电位和溶液离子浓度关系的知识点,精确配制溶液、普通酸度计测溶液电动势的基本化学操作,以及绘制标准曲线等数据处理。该实验以综合设计性实验开展。
An experimental method for the selective electrode safety with chloride ions and for the rapid determination of chloride content in cement is developed.This experiment is based on the industry problem of the reinforced concrete corrosion caused by chloride ions in cement,and includes the knowledge points about the relationship between the electrode potential and the concentration of the solution ions,the precise preparation of solution,the basic chemical operation of a common acidity meter for measuring the electromotive force of a solution,the data processing such as drawing the standard curve,etc.This experiment is carried out as a comprehensive design experiment.
