摘要
在全国高校综合改革的新形势下,实验技术队伍建设已成为改革的重要内容。面对发展相对滞后、管理体制不顺、管理机制不健全的现状,深入探讨了实验技术队伍的发展方案,包括分类设岗,明确职责,从人才引进到人才退出,构建全生命周期管理体系,为实验技术人员明确发展目标和方向。
Under the new situation of comprehensive reform of colleges and universities in China,the construction of experimental technical team has become an important part of the reform.Facing the situation that the development is relatively backward,the management system is not smooth,and the management mechanism is not perfect,this paper deeply probes into the development scheme of the experimental technical team,which includes the post classification and post setting,and clear definition of responsibilities.From the introduction of talents to the withdrawal of talents,the full life cycle management system is constructed so as to make clear the development goal and direction for the experimental technicians.
