摘要 蛋白质是一种优良的药物载体,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、极低的细胞毒性。基于蛋白质的纳米载药系统可显著改善药物的理化性质,提高药物稳定性,增强药物口服吸收效果,达到增效减毒的目的。综述了基于蛋白质的口服纳米载药系统研究进展,并指出了该领域未来的发展方向。 Protein is considered as an excellent drug carrier with good biocompatibility, biodegradability,and low cytotoxicity. Protein-based nanoparticle drug delivery system can significantly improve the physico chemical properties of drugs, improve drug stability, and enhance oral absorption effect so as to attain the goal of increas- ing effect and decreasing toxicity. We review the research progress in protein-based nanoparticle drug delivery system for oral administration and point out the future direction of this field.
