对当前小学教师培养质量下滑问题的思考

教师培养新体系新体制对小学教师培养产生了较大的冲击。原因主要有小学教师培养机构未能完全适应小学教师职业的特点;市场化的就业体制下,小学教师的专业特点被漠视及培养过程的专业化程度受到冲击;高中生源的不适应性与生源质量下降;教师培养新体系中优质教师教育资源的流失与师范文化养成教育的淡化。提高小学教师培养质量,必需在教师培养体制、培养模式改革等方面同时着力,即教育行政部门深化教师培养体制改革,保证小学教师培养的专业化;培养机构深化小学教师培养模式改革,保证小学教师培养的专业化;地方政府、高师院校、中小学协同实施"乡村小学教师定向培养计划"。

The new system of teaching training has produced a great impact on primary school teacher training.Problems arise： there is incompatibility between the program offered by training institutions and the professional demands of primary school teachers; under the system of employment marketization,the professional features of primary school teachers are neglected and the professionalization was degraded in the training; the senior school students＇ quality reduces and they are unable to adjust to the training; the resource of model teachers lose in the new teacher training system and the cultivation of the culture awareness is weakened.To improve the training quality,steps should be taken to reform the system and the training modes,to professionalize primary school teacher training,to call on training institutions to improve their training modes and to press for a joint cooperation among the local government,universities and colleges,and primary and middle schools in the implementation of＇rural primary school teacher training program＇.
