摘要 "新师范"建设对师范学院本科专业设置和人才培养提出了新的历史要求。新转制师范院校在本科专业设置方面存在师范教育特色如何保持,师范专业人才培养模式如何创新,师范专业与非师范专业如何融通发展等问题。面对"新师范"建设的挑战,新转制师范院校可通过在教师教育特色中建立专业特色,在教师教育改革中创新专业人才培养模式,在对接社会需求中优化专业布局等策略调整专业设置。 The construction of "new normal universities " puts forward new historical requirements for undergraduate professional setting and personnel training of normal universities.There are the following problems on the undergraduate professional setting of new transformation normal universities.How to maintain the characteristics of normal education? How to innovate talents training mode? How to integrate the development of normal major and non-normal major? Facing the new challenges,new transformation normal universities can take the following strategies: establishing professional characteristics in the characteristics of normal education; innovating talents training mode in normal education reform and optimizing undergraduate professional setting in meeting the needs of social talent.
