摘要
移动学习作为一种崭新的学习模式,凭借其移动终端便携性、学习时间地点灵活性、学习资源丰富性等优势,吸引了学习者在零碎时间进行随时随地的碎片化学习。将移动学习与农村中小学教师培训融合,利用培训时间的灵活性、培训场所的移动性、培训内容的个性化和培训过程的互动性等优势,充分调动受训人员的参训积极性,提升教师的新媒介素养和教师培训的效果。通过移动学习与农村中小学教师培训融合的实践探索,提出了移动学习与农村中小学教师培训融合的策略建议,弥补了移动学习融入农村中小学教师培训研究的缺失。
Mobile learning as a kind of new learning model,with the advantage of its mobile terminal portability,learning time flexibility,and the learning resources richness,attracts people's fragmented learning at anytime and anywhere in their spare time.The integration of mobile learning with teacher training in rural areas meets the trainees' learning needs of easy access to training information at any time,achieves the flexibility of the training time,the mobility of training venues as well as the individuality of the training content and the interactivity of the training process,but also fully arouses the enthusiasm of trainees and improves the teachers' new media literacy and the effect of teacher training.Through the exploration of the integration of mobile learning and rural primary and secondary school teacher training,this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions,and supplements the lack of mobile learning into disciplinary teacher training research.
