摘要
为降低高速列车空调机组运行时通过风道传递到客车室内的噪声,以VA ONE仿真软件为平台,以实测的空调机组噪声频谱数据为依据建立某型高速列车空调风道计算模型;并通过实验对仿真模型的有效性进行了验证。然后探讨了在风道模型内粘贴不同吸声材料的降噪效果;并对比了吸声材料的长度和厚度对风道降噪效果的影响。结果表明,在风道内粘贴吸声材料为2D聚酯纤维,厚度为25 mm,且其长度大于1.785 m时,降噪效果较为明显。
Based on VA ONE simulation software,the calculation model of air conditioning duct of a high speed train is established on the basis of the measured noise spectrum data of air conditioning unit,and the validity of the simulation model is verified by experiments. Then,the noise reduction effect of different sound absorbing materials in the air duct model is discussed. The influence of the length and thickness of the sound absorbing material on the noise reduction effect of the air duct is also discussed. The Result shows that when the sound absorbing material is2 D polyester fiber,and its thickness is 25 mm,and its length is longer than 1. 785 m,the noise reduction effect is more obvious.
