摘要
机场地面服务延误在大型枢纽机场总延误中占有较大比重。为此,从机场地面保障设备工作时间不确定性出发,对机场地面服务保障设备调度优化问题进行了研究,以更加高效地调度地面服务设备。首先,根据国内某机场历史数据,采用对数正态分布拟合机场服务设备的作业时间;并对不同服务项目作业时间的波动性进行评估。然后,建立机场地面服务保障设备调度优化模型,以提高设备调度对于不确定作业时间的适应性;并且平衡设备工作量。最后,设计了具有不确定作业时间的设备调度遗传算法;并结合实例进行验证。结果表明:提出的不确定作业时间下的机场设备调度优化方案对设备作业时间波动性具有更高适应能力,提高机场设备利用率,缩短航班机位等待时间。
Airport ground services delay occupies a larger proportion in the total delay of hub airports. Therefore,the issues of airport ground service equipment scheduling optimization was studied from the point of equipment working time uncertainty,to arrange the ground service equipment more efficiency. First of all,based on the historical data of a domestic airport,the logarithmic normal distribution was used to fit the service time of airport service equipment,and the volatility assessment of different service items was carried out. Then,the airport ground service equipment scheduling optimization model was established,to improve the adaptability of equipment scheduling for the uncertain operating time and balance the equipment workload. Finally,the equipment scheduling genetic algorithm with uncertain operation time was designed,and verified the tool with instant data. Results show that the proposed scheme is more adaptable to the fluctuation of the uncertain equipment operation time,and can improve the airport equipment utilization rate and reduce the waiting time of flights in airport.
