摘要
材料模量作为沥青路面结构设计中表征材料特性的主要参数输入性能预测模型,用来预测路面长期使用性能。使用简单性能试验机(simple performance tester,SPT)对厂拌乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行系列温度、频率及围压下的动态模量试验。结果分析认为:(1)乳化沥青冷再生混合料变异系数与动态模量平均值密切相关,可用幂函数形式表达;(2)所有频域内,温度对动态模量影响均统计显著;(3)围压对高温域内的动态模量影响更为明显。
Material modulus as the main characteristic parameter of asphalt pavement structural design is used to predict the modulus of pavement performance and to predict the long-term service performance of pavement. The dynamic modulus test of the cold recycled mixture of plant emulsified asphalt is carried out by using the SPT simple performance testing machine under serial temperatures,frequencies and confining pressures. The results indicate that:(1) the coefficient of variation of cold recycled asphalt mixture is closely related to the mean of dynamic modulus,and this relationship can be expressed by power function;(2) in all frequency domain,the influence of temperature on dynamic modulus is statistically significant;(3) the influence of confining pressure on the dynamic modulus in the high temperature domain is more obvious.
