摘要 组织因素是影响飞行安全的重要因素,研究和探索组织因素的基本构成和对飞行安全的作用机理及途径对改进飞行安全具有重要意义。首先就国内外对影响民航安全的组织因素研究进行了简单的概括;并对影响民航安全的组织因素进行了合理的界定。在前人研究的基础上找出了对民航安全有显著影响的组织因素,构建了组织因素影响安全的初始理论模型。在此基础上,建立了组织因素对民航安全影响的结构方程模型;随后使用AMOS 17.0统计软件对模型进行修正和检验,研究了各因素与其指标的关系及各因素对安全的影响程度。最后讨论了因子与指标及各因子之间的关系。所建立的组织因素对民航安全影响的结构方程模型及其建立方法为国内民航组织因素的研究提供了一条新的思路和途径。 Organizational factors is one of the important factors affecting the flight safety. Researching and exploring the basic building blocks of organizational factors and mechanism and the way of flight safety is of great significance to improve the flight safety. Firstly,the organizational factors influencing the safety of civil aviation at home and abroad was summarized,and a reasonable definition of the organizational factors that affect the safety of civil aviation was made. On the basis of previous research,the organizational factors that have a significant impact on the safety of civil aviation was found out,and the initial theoretical model of organizational factors influencing security was constructed. On this basis,the structural equation model of the influence of organizational factors on the safety of civil aviation was established,and then the model was modified and tested by AMOS 17. 0 statistical software. The relationship between various factors and indicators,and the influence degree of various factors on the safety were studied,finally the factors and the relationship between the index and various factors were discussed.The structural equation model and its establishment method for the influence of organizational factors on the safety of civil aviation provide a new way of thinking and researching for the domestic civil aviation organization.
