甲状腺功能亢进症中医证候的微观机制探析

Study on micromechanism of TCM syndrome in hyperthyroidism

近年来有关甲状腺功能亢进症中医证候与客观指标关系的研究相对较多,在甲亢中医辨证分型与甲状腺功能相关指标、甲状腺激素受体T_3R、热休克蛋白(HSP70)、免疫细胞及细胞因子等方面的相关性研究取得一定进展,但尚未形成甲状腺功能亢进症中医证候的规范化。本文将近年来各学者在此方面的研究进行综述,以期通过此方法探求甲状腺功能亢进症中医证候的微观机制,提高甲状腺功能亢进症的现代中医诊疗水平。

In recent years,there are more researches on the relationship between TCM syndromes and objective indicators in hyperthyroidism.Some progress has been made in the study of the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation of hyperthyroidism and thyroid function related indexes,thyroid hormone receptor T_3R,heat shock protein（HSP70）,immune cells and cytokines,however,the standardization of TCM syndromes in hyperthyroidism has not yet been formed.This paper summarizes the research of scholars in this field in recent years,in order to explore micromechanism of TCM syndrome in hyperthyroidism by this method,so as to improve the level of modern Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism.
