清气凉血法治疗病毒性感冒高热的理论探讨

Investigation on the theory of Qingqi Liangxue method in the treatment of hyperpyrexia of patients with virus flu

对病毒性感冒引起的高热患者,早期退热是治疗的重点和难点。在常规降温措施的基础上多有医家试加中药退热治疗,此类研究报道亦较多且集中于使用白虎汤治疗。然而在临床实践中,根据查阅文献中的方法运用白虎汤治疗过程中却发现其对病毒性感冒高热、退热效果不甚满意的退热程度不够且持续时间短暂。本文对清气凉血法,运用白虎加栀子汤合犀角地黄汤加减治疗病毒性感冒高热进行了中医理论探讨。

For patients with hyperpyrexia caused by the virus,early antipyretic is the key and difficult point of treatment.On the basis of conventional cooling measures,many doctors try to add Chinese medicine to the treatment of fever,and this kind of research report is more and more concentrated on the treatment of Baihu decoction.However,in clinical practice,in the course of the treatment of hyperpyrexia of patients with virus flu,we found that Baihu decoction was not satisfied,and its antipyretic degree is not enough and its duration is short.In this paper,we made a discussion on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine of Qingqi Liangxue method by using Baihu gardenia soup and Xijiaodihuang decoction in the treatment of hyperpyrexia of patients with virus flu.
