缬沙坦及缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪对老年高血压患者的临床疗效

Valsartan and valsartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦及缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪对老年高血压的治疗效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者84例,随机分为试验组43例和对照组41例。对照组予以缬沙坦治疗,试验组予以缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。结果:两组24 hSBPV、24 hDBPV差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肾功能各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者使用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,临床效果显著,便于改善血压昼夜变异度与肾功能。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of valsartan and valsartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods：84 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group with 43 cases and control group with 41 cases.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the experimental group was treated with valsartan,hydrochlorothiazide.Results：The difference between the two groups of 24 h SBPV and 24 h DBPV was significant（P〈0.05）.All the indexes of renal function in the experimental group were superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The elderly patients with hypertension are treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide,and the clinical effect is significant.It is easy to improve the diurnal variation of blood pressure and renal function.
