经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效分析

The effect of transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi

目的:探讨经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法:收治输尿管上段结石患者138例,探究组接受经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗,对比组接受经皮肾镜取石术治疗。结果:探究组术后住院时间明显短于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:对输尿管上段结石应用经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗以及经皮肾镜取石术均能够取得较为理想的碎石效果,经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗能够有效缩短患者术后住院时间,同时还能够有效抑制并发症发生。

Objective：To investigate the effect of transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods：138 patients with upper ureteral calculi were selected.Transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy was used in the study group,and the percutaneous nephrolithotomy was used in the control group.Results：The hospitalization time of the patients in the inquiry group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of ureteral calculi transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy therapy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy can achieve satisfactory effect of lithotripsy.Transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy treatment can effectively shorten the postoperative hospitalization time,and also can effectively inhibit the incidence of complications.
