标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术与高压氧联合治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术联合高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法:收治重型颅脑损伤76例,对照组38例选取标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术予以治疗,研究组38例选取高压氧与标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术联合治疗。结果:与治疗前对比,两组治疗后GCS评分均升高,但研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术与高压氧联合治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效显著。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of standard traumatic large bone flap decompression and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:76 cases of severe craniocerebral injury were selected.The control group with 38 cases were treated by standard large trauma craniotomy,and the study group with 38 cases were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with standard large trauma craniotomy.Results:Compared with before the treatment,the score of GCS was higher in the two groups after the treatment,but the study group was higher than the control group(P〈0.05).The GOS of the study group was higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The standard traumatic large bone flap decompression and hyperbaric oxygen combined with the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury is significant.
