不同功能矫治器矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床疗效对比

Comparison of clinical efficacy of different functional appliances in orthodontic treatment of skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion

目的:探讨不同功能矫治器矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床疗效。方法:收治骨性Ⅱ类错患者66例,分为A组、B组、C组。A组采用Forsus功能矫治器,B组采用Twin-block功能矫治器,C组采用Activator功能矫治器,比较3组临床效果。结果:A组治疗后矢状向ANB角、SNB角、垂直方向N-Me、ANS-Me明显优于B组、C组(P<0.05)。结论:Forsus功能矫治器矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床疗效优于Twin-block功能矫治器以及Activator功能矫治器。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of different functional appliances in orthodontic treatment of skeletal classⅡ malocclusion.Methods：66 patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected.They were divided into the A group,the B group and the C group.The A group was treated with forsus functional appliance;the B group was treated with Twin-block functional appliance;the C group was treated with Activator functional appliance.We compared the clinical effect of three groups.Results：After treatment,the sagittal direction ANB angle,SNB angle,vertical direction N-Me and ANS-Me in the A group were obviously superior to the B group and the C group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of forsus functional appliance in orthodontic treatment of skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion was superior to the Twin-block functional appliance and the Activator functional appliance.
