口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片配合针灸理疗治疗骨性关节炎72例疗效观察

Clinical efficacy on oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of 72 cases of osteoarthritis

目的:探讨双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合针灸治疗骨性关节炎的效果。方法:收治骨性关节炎患者72例,对照组36例给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,研究组45例在对照组基础上联合针灸理疗治疗。结果:治疗后,研究组僵硬、活动的WOMAC评分改善程度优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合针灸治疗骨性关节炎,能够有效改善患者的各项症状,提高疗效。

Objective：To explore the effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustion with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods：72 cases of osteoarthritis were treated,and 36 patients in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets.Patients in the study group（with 45 cases） were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the treatment given in the control group.Results：After the treatment,the improvement degree of WOMAC score in the study group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combined acupuncture and moxibustion of diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in the treatment of osteoarthritis can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients,and improve the curative effect.
