芪蓉润肠口服液联合聚乙二醇4000散治疗老年人慢性便秘

Qi Rong Runchang oral liquid combined with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic constipation

目的:分析老年人慢性便秘应用芪蓉润肠口服液联合聚乙二醇4000散治疗的效果。方法:收治老年慢性便秘患者78例,随机分两组。A组单独应用芪蓉润肠口服液治疗,B组则采用芪蓉润肠口服液联合聚乙二醇4000散治疗,观察并评估治疗效果。结果:B组患者的治疗总有效率(92.31%)明显高于A组(74.36%),组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年人慢性便秘采用芪蓉润肠口服液联合聚乙二醇4000散治疗明显提高了治疗效果,增加了排便次数。

Objective：To analyze the effect of Qi Rong Runchang oral liquid combined with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic constipation.Methods：78 elderly patients with chronic constipation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the group A only used the treatment of Qi Rong Runchang oral liquid,while the group B was treated with Qi Rong Runchang oral liquid combined with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder,we observed and evaluated the effect of treatment.Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the group B（92.31%）was significantly higher than that in the group A（74.36%）,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qi Rong Runchang oral liquid combined with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic constipation can improve the therapeutic effect and increase the number of defecation.
