膀胱充盈度对前置胎盘超声诊断准确度的影响研究

Study on the effect of bladder filling on the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of placenta previa

目的:探讨膀胱充盈度对前置胎盘超声诊断准确度的影响。方法:收治前置胎盘患者93例,分别在患者膀胱充盈状态下与未充盈状态下对其进行超声诊断。结果:在患者膀胱未充盈状态下诊断准确度低于膀胱充盈状态下诊断准确度(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱充盈度对妇产科的超声诊断准确率具有重要影响,建议妇产科临床超声诊断在膀胱充盈状态下进行,可有效提升诊断准确度。

Objective：To investigate the effect of bladder filling on the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of placenta previa.Methods：93 patients with placenta previa were treated with ultrasound diagnosis under the condition of filling the bladder and under the condition of not filling.Results：The diagnostic accuracy of the patient was lower than that of the bladder filling state（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bladder filling degree has an important influence on the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in gynecology and obstetrics.It is suggested that bladder filling is the main diagnostic method in obstetrics and gynecology clinic,and it can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
