高龄患者急腹症手术后呼吸道并发症的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing on respiratory complications after operation in elderly patients with acute abdomen

目的:探讨高龄急腹症手术患者实施围手术期护理干预的效果。方法:收治高龄急腹症手术患者88例,随机分为参照组与试验组,各44例。参照组予以常规护理,试验组实行急腹症围手术期护理。结果:试验组术后死亡率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:将围手术期护理应用在高龄急腹症手术中具有比较显著的效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with acute abdominal surgery.Methods：88 cases of elderly patients with acute abdomen were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing,while the experimental group received perioperative nursing for acute abdomen.Results：The mortality of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of perioperative nursing in the operation of elderly acute abdomen has a significant effect.
