手术室精细化护理对产妇剖宫产术后切口感染的影响研究

Influence of meticulous nursing in operation room on incision infection after cesarean section

目的:探讨手术室精细化护理对产妇剖宫产术后切口感染的影响。方法:收治行剖宫产手术患者150例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规手术室护理干预,观察组采用手术室精细化护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组甲级愈合率、感染发生率和护理总满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产妇进行剖宫产术后,给予手术室精细化护理,能有效降低患者手术切口感染率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To explore the influence of meticulous nursing in operation room on incision infection after cesarean section.Methods：150 cases of cesarean parturients were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine operation room nursing intervention,and the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention in the operation room.We compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the grade A healing rate,the incidence of infection and the total satisfaction of nursing were obviously superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：After cesarean section,meticulous care in operation room can effectively reduce surgical incision infection rate and improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work.
