摘要
探讨目前社区卫生服务中心中层干部领导与执行力缺失的原因。运用角色定位、平级管理法、分层目标管理法、PDCA循环管理法、激励和培育等科学的管理方法来训练和培养中层干部的领导力和执行力,在实践中取得了很好的成效,中层干部的能力得到提升,管理团队的凝聚力进一步增加,医疗质量管理水平日益提高。提升中层干部的领导力和执行力,对社区卫生服务中心的可持续发展意义重大,刻不容缓。
The reasons for lack of leadership and execution of the middle level cadres in the community health service center are discussed.Application of role positioning,level management method,hierarchical object management,PDCA cycle management method,management method and cultivate scientific incentive to train and cultivate the middle-level cadres in leadership and execution,and achieved good results in practice,the ability of middle-level cadres get promoted,management team cohesion increases further,medical increasing the level of quality management.The promotion of leadership and execution of middle-level cadres has great significance on the sustainable development of community health service centers,and there is no delay.
