从“要我学”到“我要学”谈医疗机构学习氛围的营造

From "want me to learn" to "I want to learn" to talk about the building of the learning atmosphere of medical institutions

作为基层医疗机构,医务人员学习意识的培养对提升单位医疗水平有着重要作用,对推进分级诊疗发挥着积极作用。上庄镇社区卫生服务中心地处农村地区,经过问卷分析、座谈和工作观察,发现医务人员学习状况不容乐观。中心用两年时间,采取多种措施,拓宽医务人员眼界、督促医务人员学习,逐渐形成了"比学赶超"的氛围,医务人员从"要我学"到"我要学"的转变,带动了中心整体精神风貌的改进和业务水平的提升。

As a primary medical institution,the training of medical staff＇s awareness of learning plays an important role in improving the level of medical units,and plays a positive role in promoting grading diagnosis and treatment.Shangzhuang community health service center is located in rural areas.Through the questionnaire analysis,discussion and observation,we found that the learning situation of medical staff is not optimistic.The center took two years to take various measures to broaden the vision of the medical staff and to urge the medical staff to learn,and gradually formed an atmosphere of ＂catching up with learning＂.The change of medical staff from ＂want me to learn＂ to ＂I want to learn＂ has led to the improvement of the overall spirit and features of the center and the promotion of the business level.
