河南省科技型小微企业发展对策研究

Research on Strongly Promoting the Development of Small and Micro Enterprises of Science and Technology in Henan

科技型小微企业是科技创新的重要力量,在国民经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。但是由于受各种因素的制约,河南省科技型小微企业还面临着政策支持力度欠缺、高素质人才缺乏、技术创新能力弱、经营负担重、融资困难等发展问题。通过对这些问题的分析,并借鉴国外科技型小微企业发展的经验,需要从以下方面着手来促进和扶持河南省科技型小微企业发展:加大政府扶持力度,实施跟踪评价;拓宽融资渠道,构建金融支持体系;调整企业战略,优化组织结构;引进技术人才,增强核心竞争力;营造良好氛围,树立企业形象。

Small and micro enterprises of science and technology are important forces in scientific and technological innovation,and play a very important role in the development of national economy.However,due to the constraints of various factors,small and micro enterprises of science and technology in Henan are also facing the problems of lack of policy support,lack of high-quality talents,weak technical innovation ability,heavy operating burden and financing difficulty.Based on the analysis of these problems,and learning from foreign small and micro enterprises of science and technology,Henan needs to take the following strategies to promote and support the development of small and micro enterprises of science and technology,i.e.:increasing government support and implementing tracking evaluation,broadening financing channels and building financial support system,adjusting enterprise strategy and optimizing organization structure,introducing technical talents and enhancing core competitiveness,creating agood atmosphere and setting up enterprise image,etc.
