美容整形手术治疗老年性下睑松弛的临床效果

Clinical effect of cosmetic plastic surgery on senile lower eyelid laxity

目的探讨美容整形手术治疗老年性下睑松弛的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的50例老年性下睑松弛患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受美容整形手术治疗,手术后评价患者的下睑松弛改善效果,统计其术后恢复时间、并发症发生情况,并对患者进行6个月的随访,评估患者的手术满意度及生活质量。结果手术后,患者的下睑松弛改善率为98.00%,轻度下睑松弛和中度下睑松弛的改善率均达到100.00%,重度下睑松弛的改善率为90.91%;患者的术后恢复时间为63~92 d,并发症总发生率为6.00%。术后随访6个月,60例患者对手术的满意度达到94.00%,生活质量评分较术前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论采取美容整形手术治疗老年性下睑松弛,可取得令人满意的治疗效果,可有效矫正下睑松弛情况,术后并发症少,有利于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of plastic surgery on senile lower eyelid laxity. Methods Fifty cases of senile lower eyelid laxity patients who treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects, and all the patients were treated with plastic surgery. The improvement effect of lower eyelid laxity was evaluated after operation, the time of recovery and the occurrence of complications were counted, and the patients were followed up for 6 months to evaluate the patients＇ satisfaction and quality of life. Results After operation, the improvement rate of lower eyelid laxity was 98.00%, that of the slightly and moderate eyelid laxity was 100.00%, that of the severe lower eyelid laxity was 90.91%. The postoperative recovery time of the patients was 63-92 d, and the total incidence of complications was 6.00%. After 6 months follow-up, the satisfaction rate of the patients was 94.00%, and the postoperative quality of life score was significantly higher than that before operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking plastic surgery in the treatment of senile lower eyelid relaxation can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. It can correct the lower eyelid relaxation effectively, reduce the postoperative complications rate and improve the quality of life of the patients.
