血清铁蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者并发症的影响及临床意义

Effect of serum ferritin level on complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical significance

目的探讨血清铁蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者并发症的影响及临床意义。方法选取2013年2月至2015年2月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者120例。根据慢性并发症的发生情况将所有患者分为A1组(单纯2型糖尿病,n=60)及A2组(2型糖尿病慢性并发症,n=60),同期选择健康体检人员60例作为A3组。三组研究对象均采用化学发光法检测血清铁蛋白水平。结果与A3组比较,A1组及A2组的Hb Alc、FBG、TC、TG及LDL-C水平明显更高,HDL-C明显更低(P<0.05);与A2组比较,A1组的Hb Alc、FBG、TC、TG及LDL-C水平明显更低,HDL-C明显更高(P<0.05);A1组及A2组血清铁蛋白水平均明显高于A3组,且A2组血清铁蛋白水平显著高于A1组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清铁蛋白水平会表现为一定程度的升高,当出现慢性并发症后,患者的血清铁蛋白水平表现为显著升高。通过对血清铁蛋白进行测定,可以为2型糖尿病及相关慢性并发症的预测发挥显著价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of serum ferritin level on complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 120 case of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into group A1（simple type 2 diabetes mellitus,n =60） and group A2（type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic complications, n =60） according to the incidence of complications, and 60 healthy physical examiners were selected as the group A3. All the study subjects were detected serum ferritin level by chemiluminescence. Results Compared with group A3, the levels of Hb Alc, FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C were higher, and the HDL-C level was lower in the group A1 and group A2（P〈0.05）. Compared with group A2, the levels of Hb Alc, FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C were lower, and the HDL-C level was higher in the group A1（P〈0.05）. The serum ferritin levels of the group A1 and group A2 were higher than that of the group A3, and the serum ferritin level of the group A2 was higher than that of the group A1（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes, the serum ferritin level show a certain degree of rise, when patients complicated with chronic complications, the serum ferritin level show marked increase.Detection of serum ferritin can play significant role in type 2 diabetes mellitus and related chronic complications.
