养血清脑颗粒联合全天麻胶囊治疗老年慢性脑供血不足的临床效果 被引量:3

Clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with gastrodia elata capsules in the treatment of senile chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency

摘要 目的探讨养血清脑颗粒联合全天麻胶囊治疗老年慢性脑供血不足的临床效果。方法选取我院神经内科收治的200例老年慢性脑供血不足患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者在基础治疗的基础上口服全天麻胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用养血清脑颗粒。比较两组患者的治疗效果及MMSE评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为为97.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MMSE评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合全天麻胶囊治疗老年慢性脑供血不足的临床效果显著,可提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,降低脑血管意外的发生。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with gastrodia elata capsules in the treatment of senile chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI). Methods A total of 200 senile patients with CCCI treated in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral gastrodia elata capsules on the basis of the basic treatment, the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects and the MMSE scores of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the MMSE scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with gastrodia elata capsules in the treatment of senile chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency is significant. It can improve the total curative effect of the patients, improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of cerebrovascular accidents.
