摘要
目的观察黄芪建中汤与标准三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法采用简单随机抽样法将我科诊治的200例消化性溃疡患者分为对照组(三联疗法治疗)及观察组(黄芪建中汤加味治疗),各100例,持续治疗8周后,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤加味治疗消化性溃疡疗效可靠,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Huangqi Jianzhon g decoction and triple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 200 cases of peptic ulcer patients were divided into control group(triple therapy treatment) and observation group(Huangqi Jianzhong decoction treatment) by simple random sampling, with 100 cases in each group. After8 weeks of continuous treatment, the therapeutic effects were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate and total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).After treatment, the quality of life scores of both groups increased, and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer, which is worthy of clinical application.
